Returns

Products can be returned within 3 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Returns will only be accepted if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos as proof.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be issued through bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.

Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for the shipping charges.
